Kerry is a fool to concede Arkansas this early. If he’s already pulling all ads in that state as well as Louisiana and Virginia, he could very well destroy his own chances and the chances of five Democratic Senate candidates in the South whose states will not like being ignored by the Dems in 2004 any more than they did in 2000.
