Giuliani Addresses The UN

Rudy Giuliani, the mayor of New York City, addressed the UN yesterday. His speech was very forceful, and he made it clear that the United Nations must not attempt to coddle those nations who have sponsored terrorism. Furthermore, he said "This is not a time for further study or vague directives.", two things for which the United Nations produces in abundance. It will be a true test of the UN’s resolve for them to drop their support of terrorist nations such as the Sudan and uphold their charter by defending the free world from attack.
