Andrew Sullivan argues that the weblog has the potential to change media forever and bring about that true democratic web that everyone said would come about. (Isn’t that what homepages were supposed to do back in the good old days of 1995?)

At the same time, A List Apart (The site that got me hooked on CSS layouts.) has a good article on how to write a better weblog. The advice they give is solid, and it also applies to any other kind of writing, online or off..
