The Israelis are now engaged in "room-by-room" fighting in Arafat’s
offices is Ramallah, West Bank. It appears that after years of coddling terror,
Arafat is getting what he deserves. While the Israelis have said that they will not
harm Arafat, it appears that his future as the leader of the Palestinian Authority is
over. The only chance for peace in the region is a peace where Palestinian suicide
attacks are ended and the right of the state of Israel to live in peace in recognized.
Until that day, the state of Israel is in a state of undeclared war and is acting in
accordance with that principle.
