As Colin Powell was about to depart for a tour of the Israel/Lebanon border,
a
suicide bomber attacked, killing 6 and wounding 60. Perhaps now he’ll see
why the situation in Israel is intolerable, and why the United States should allow
Israel to round up and remove these impediments to peace before negotiating
can begin. It’s becoming clear that Arafat is responsible for many of these
militant attacks through his support of radical Palestinian militants. Powell should
call off his visit of Arafat officially make it US policy that like Saddam and Osama,
Arafat is an enemy of the United States.
