Direct Disorder

There’s a great piece in NRO on
why the Le Pen fiasco shows that direct elections don’t work, especially with
multiple parties. Perhaps this will be enough to get the Greens to stop saying that
we need to abolish the Electoral College. Oh wait, that would require them making
sense.
