This morning I happened to get a call from Apple, just asking if there was anything they could do. Granted, I’m seriously considering a major equipment purchase from them at some point in the future, but the fact that they not only bothered to make themselves available and did so without pressuring me to make that purchase now speaks very highly of the way Apple does business.
I don’t always agree with what Apple does, but every time I end up doing business with them, I get world-class treatment.
I always used to wonder why Apple users were so fanatically loyal to Apple products… now I’m starting to get it…
And in related news, Jeff Goldstein, whose wickedly satirical Protein Wisdom is one of the funniest and snarkiest blogs in the country could use some extra cash to replace his broken computer. Granted, there are a lot of causes out there that deserve your support, but since Protein Wisdom is so damn funny, any spare change you could send would help support a great blogger.
And as always, a few hits to this site’s tipjar would always be appreciated as well…
