Bob Novak finds that President Bush was not told about the EPA’s global warming report that caused so much controversy recently. Clearly, this report wasn’t authorized by Bush, and so there has been no shift in policy in regards to global warming.
Considering how much emphasis the President puts on loyalty, I’d expect that there’s some quiet head-rolling occuring down at the EPA…
