The Israelis are now going ahead with
construction on a security barrier between Israel and the West Bank. However, as much as this effort might slow some terrorist attacks, it still leaves the potential for rocket attacks, and will not stop the spread of terror. As those who have tried using walls before, they can be circumvented. The wall may be a temporary solution, but true peace is only going to be possible if the Israelis are willing to act.
