Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam is in Iraq for "soilidarity" with the Hussein regime. He’s gone so far as to say that American Muslims are praying for an Iraqi victory.
It’s clear that Farrakhan is committing an act of treason against the United States by giving aid and comfort to a hostile power. Considering that his trip is being broadcast by CNN, al-Jazeera, and others, getting two witnesses should be no problem.
President Bush should declare that if Farrakhan steps foot in the United States again, he will be arrested and tried for treason in closed court. If we’re going to get serious about terrorism, we might as well go all the way.
