George Michael says he doesn’t feel safe returning to America after the release of a song that was highly critical of President Bush and pictured Tony Blair as a small dog. Well, if you can’t stand the heat, then jumping into the fire isn’t such a good idea, is it?
Furthermore, he believes that the reason for all this criticism is because he’s openly gay. As though it has nothing to do with an offensive statement by another vacous pop twit. At least when Bono goes out campaigning for Third World debt relief he doesn’t sound like a blithering idiot. Trust me, no one cares about George Michael being gay – what people are mad about is George Michael being an idiot.
