Eric S. Raymond has an
"anti-idiotarian manifesto" on his website that’s getting quite a bit of linkage in the blogosphere.
It’s rather an interesting piece, and well thought-out, although I’ve yet to see Christian fundamentalists blow up any buildings. (And Oklahoma City doesn’t count, as the primary motivation wasn’t religious.) Jerry Falwell may be an idiot, but there’s no utopian Christian vision that matches the Islamists view of converting or killing all non-Muslims.
