North Korea Redux

Agonistes has a response to my post on North Korea that’s well worth reading. He corrects some of my misreadings of his position, as well as offering some good points on the situation.

To be fair, Bush 41 deserves criticism for not removing Hussein at the end of the Gulf War, but at least he took some kind of action. The fact that Clinton has essentially ignored the growing threat from North Korea is bothersome. Hindsight is 20/20, and it’s quite possible that a Republican administration would have much the same, but given the current state of affairs, hindsight does tells us that more should have been done.
