PM Chretien of Canada is not accepting the resignation of his chief spokeswoman who reportedly called President Bush a "moron" to a group of Prague reporters at the NATO Summit in the Czech Republic.
Anyone making that kind of horrendous diplomatic blunder shouldn’t be anywhere near another world leader, no less acting as the chief spokesperson for one.
