  2. Okay, in ten years or so after he steps down from power, if Afghanistan is stable and recovering then yes, he would be more than deserving of one. Years from now due to either direct, indirect, or lacking of his actions while in power Afghanistan could easily fall back into chaos.

    His work is not yet done.

    However despite my numerous web searches, I cannot seem to find a complete list of the nominees to find a better one… so between Carter, Shrub, Blair, and Karzi I’ll have to go with Karzai regardless.
