After a hard drive failure on the server, then a complete backup, then a database failure, then a missing database driver, everything appears to more or less work correctly. At least I don’t think there’s anything left to go wrong at this point…

Ahh yes, more hosting problems.
Why aren’t you hosting yourself? You can’t be using that much bandwidth.
It’s a hell of a lot cheaper with much better customer service…
