In another repeat of the Karine-A incident, another boat with bomb-making materials was found heading towards Gaza. The boat carried fuses and detailed multimedia instructions on how to create suicide belts and how to use them to kill the maximum amount of civilians. An advisor from Hizb’Allah was also reportedly aboard the small fishing boat.
