One of the reasons I’ve become a big fan of The Daily Kos despite being on the complete opposite end of the political spectrum is because it is the single best blog for statistics on the Democratic political race. This intriguing look at the poll numbers for the Democrats shows why this is true. There are a couple of different polls with different methodologies all of which show a major boost for Dean at the expense of all the other candidates.
I have to admit, I’m impressed by the level of work that went into this – the author even has equally detailed polls of the major primary races as well. If you’re interested in seeing where the momentum is in the Democratic race, this is the place to do it. As a political scientist by training, I have to admit that this is some excellent work.
