A tape has surfaced from October 2002 that shows Wesley Clark arguing for a link between Iraq and al-Qaeda.
Somehow I think if Clark were to be the nominee (which now seems well into the realm of possibility) there will be a lot of Democrats who are not going to vote for Clark. It’s becoming increasingly clear that the only reason Clark is running as a Democrat is for political expediency rather than any real conviction. Clark only morphed into a hard-core anti-Bush anti-war partisan when he realized that it might get him a chance to run for President.
It’s also becoming clear what Gen. Hugh Shelton was talking about when he mentioned Clark’s "character issues"…
