Glenn Reynolds notes that Spanish police have made 5 arrests in the Madrid bombing case – three Morrocans and two Indians. I’m not sure if ETA uses foreigners in attacks, but it doesn’t seem likely that they would.
He also notes the complete silence from the Kerry camp on this issue. One would think that Kerry would be willing to speak out on such a critical world event – then again, Spain was one of those countries Kerry accused of being part of a “fraudulent coalition” in Iraq – one of the most disgusting and arrogant statements ever made by a Presidential candidate.
