The BBC reports that scientists working with satellite images have found what could be the remains of Plato’s legendary city of Atlantis in Spain. It would not have been an island in the sea, but a series of concentric circular moats around an ancient city. The location and description of such a city would match the descriptions of Atlantis set by Plato.
Those believing the lost city of Atlantis is somewhere in the Pegasus galaxy are likely to be disappointed…
