At Least I Wasn’t Alone

Thankfully I wasn’t the only one more inclined towards watching Stargate SG-1 rather than the Democrats. Although both feature parasitical snake-like creatures, Stargate is far more entertaining.

UPDATE: Hmmm… if they ever feature a Goa’uld version of Bacchus, Bill Clinton would be perfect.

UPDATE: Yes, I’m a nerd. So sue me.

  1. I was going to write a review of it (and may yet since it’s on tonight). The short version: it’s really good. I didn’t have too many hopes up for it, but I was surprised at how well I liked it.

We’ll see if the later episodes can match the quality of the pilot.

  2. Just for the record, Richard Dean Anderson (Stargate star and my boyhood hero as MacGyver) is a big-time Minnesota lefty.

  3. A rabidly anti-gun Minnesota lefty, no less.

But I watch anyway, as I have a major crush on Captain Major Lieutenant Colonel Carter.

  4. I refuse to accept the possibility that I have erred.

So, in other words, you’re voting for Bush again this November?

  5. I was going to say that you seem to allow the strike tag, but not the s tag.

Hmm… that is indeed strange… I really should add that and the CITE tag…

  6. Cruel how Cruel

    How true How true.
RDA’s character must have a half a dozen episodes dedicated to it that deal with the death of his son. (The son shot himself with RDA’s characters handgun)
