After hearing about this, I’ve lost all desire to eat there. Here’s a hint: pubicly insulting the country you’re based in is not a good business practice.
Besides, Quiznos subs are far better anyway…

Quiznos subs are by far superior to Subway…no competition…
Well, I’ll agree with you there… Quiznos is superior to Subway. Though I’ve turned into such a food snob that I usually get my sandwiches at Rue 41 or Kaladi’s… at least when I actually have money…
We’ve got a chain store called Togo’s here in Southern California (least that I know of) and they’re even better than Quizmo’s if you can believe it.
Subway I had last night (before reading this I assue you) and now I’m feeling sick.
Oh yeah, Nick, make me hungry for a Kaladi’s reuben now… great… 🙂
On the other hand, Rue 41 always struck me as horrifically expensive, except for a bread bowl of their tomato bisque, which is worth every penny…
I typically have a Turkey on Herbed Foccacia when I go there… expensive, but it’s the best sandwich in town. 🙂
You know I dont knock subway for launching that kind of advertising, I mean they are endorisng a movie thats expected to be very popular overseas and a huge blow against their competitor. Who cares what germans think?
