Imagine that….the corporate-run media censoring itself. I bet you’re so furious about this that you’re gonna withdraw your support from rolling back FCC rules on media ownership so that the NY Times will have more competitors in New York media to deliver the story they’re “censoring”, right?
This is common among all the newspapers I’ve read with an online presence. I’ve seen my own Atlanta Journal-Constitution do this at least a dozen times. Never, however, have I seen them change the online version of a story after it’s already been in print. I doubt NYT would be dumb enough to do so either.
