The English Is Not Strong With This One
There’s nothing funnier than Engrish, and this uproariously funny discovery from a Beiruti blogger has left me in stitches. Apparently a bootleg copy of Star Wars: Episode III was made with subtitles translated from the Chinese – which leads to such hilarious mistakes in translation as turning the phrase “Jedi Council” into “Presbyterian Church”…
Then again, I wondered why all those Presbyterians ministers were wearing brown robes and carrying lightsabers…
