There is word around the blogosphere that recent India-Pakistan tensions could lead to nuclear war. As frightening as this scenario is, it is a real possibility. Not only would a nuclear war in that region kill millions, but it would be a major blow the the US war on terror and the stability of the entire world. What is really needed now are some cool heads until the pressure dies off. Elsewise, this could be the first two-sided nuclear exchange in the history of the world, with consequences that would be nothing less than apocolyptic.
