Al-Qaeda was not only planning to attack the World Trade Center on September 11, but the Parliament building in London as well, according to an expert on al-Qaeda’s operations. Perhaps this should get the Europeans thinking about taking their own defense seriously. Then again, it’s unlikely that they’d even start taking terrorism seriously if al-Qaeda nuked Paris…
