The suspects implicated in the kidnapping and murder of WSJ reporter Daniel Pearl are
claiming that the charges against them are fabricated and that they were tortured to confess to the abduction. Of course, that’s after they confessed, but refused to acknowledge being questioned under oath because they don’t believe in a British-based legal system.
Well, if they wanted to be prosecuted under the shari’a then why not? A change of venue to Saudi Arabia would guarantee a nice show trial and swift execution for these bastards. After all, the Saudis are jumping on the bit to show how their not really sponsors of terror, so they’d love to take care of a few terrorists for us. Granted, it wouldn’t be a fair trial, but at least they’d get the Islamic justice they want.
