Joseph Farah has a scathing editorial against the government TIPS domestic spying program. TIPS clearly violates Constitutional protections against unreasonable search and seizure, and should be thrown out. Despite the good intentions of the program, it’s clear that TIPS program is neither an effective anti-terrorist weapon nor fitting for a free society.
