Microsoft Release Windows Source Code

Microsoft, in order to comply with the Justice Department anti-trust settlement, is
releasing some of the source code and hidden protocols in Windows
. This will help programmers write programs that more tightly integrate with Windows, as well as help projects like WINE emulate Windows functions under other operating systems. However, comments like this have baffled programmers analyzing the source code:

Ph’nglui mglw’nafh Cthulhu R’lyeh wgah’nagl fhtagn.
