A leader of an anti-Saddam Iraqi opposition group is complaining that the UN is ignoring their evidence on Saddam’s WMD capability. It’s becoming obvious that the UN has more interest in delaying or deferring US action in the region than it does in increasing stability. The least the UN could do is listen to what they have to say. Then again, that might make Hans Blix’s inspections charade be too effective for the delicate sensibilities of Saddam’s bombmakers.
Then again, it won’t matter very soon, as Baghdad is now under a very large sword of Damocles…
