The Department of Homeland Security has found thatthe mysterious powder found in Washington is not a toxin. The powder had caused fears of another biological attack similar to the attacks against Washington D.C., New York, and Florida in 2001. Preliminary tests had shown a positive result for botulinum toxin.
The source of the powder is still unknown.
