Saddam Hussein’s eldest son Uday is reportedly hiding in a Baghdad suburb and negotiating surrender to US forces. The US, for their part, isn’t negotiating and realizes that he will be smoked out sooner or later.
Uday is either likely to end up killed by his own people, killed by US troops, or on trial for crimes against humanity. Which of these outcomes occurs is entirely up to him, but either way his days as a free mass-murderer are soon to be over.
