South Dakota Congressman Bill Janklow has pled ‘not guilty’ to all counts in the August death of Randy Scott. Janklow has been indicted on counts of second-degree manslaughter, speeding, reckless driving, and failure to stop in the incident.
The trial begins on December 1.
I have a feeling that this was an exceptionally stupid move on Janklow’s part. The case against him is rock-solid, and a trial is only going to create a media circus.
Again, for the good of South Dakota and the Republican Party, and the nation at large, Bill Janklow should resign immediately.
I told you Janklow would go down like Condit and Traficant. What is it with these conservatives?
