James Lileks is in top form with this intellectual smackdown to an idiotic piece by FBI Agent Colleen Rowley. After reading Rowley’s incoherent rant, it’s not hard to see why the FBI dropped the ball on September 11. Of course, since Rowley has been anointed as the media’s sainted “whistleblower” she’s untouchable, despite the fact that her piece shows that she’s completely unfit to be in an agency dedicated to protecting this country from terrorist attack.
