The campaign of Dick Gephardt has announced that he will be pulling out of New Hampshire and South Carolina and will instead return to St. Louis. Clearly this is a prelude to Gephardt dropping out of the race. Expect an announcment some time this week. The question will be who Gephardt will endorse – I could easily see John Edwards benefitting from a Gephardt endorsement based on their similar stances on trade.
