The Command Post reports that Hugo Chavez is declaring victory in the referendum on his Presidency of Venezuala. However, the opposition is stating that Chavez is lying at that he did not win the referendum.
Given Chavez’s dictatorial tendencies and his ardent admiration of Fidel Castro, the opposition may well be right.
