Michele at a small victory has a suggestion for today: May 1st should celebrate the rule of law. After all, without the concept of the rule of law, there would be no property rights. Without property rights there would be no capitalism, and without capitalism everyone would be worse off.

It strikes me as ironic that you pay lip service to the rule of law today when earlier this week you submitted to this board the 19th century ethic that guns were more effective at administering justice and self-defense than the rule of law.
